Prices are an important issue to many of us, we all know how expensive things are in today's economy. Like similar service business's, our pricing is driven by labor cost, equipment, vehicles and insurance,not to mention rising gas prices. We try very hard to provide excellent service at a fair market value and believe that our service and satisfaction to our customers is of great value.
In order to reduce cost to our customers, our service vehicles are maintained with major company manufactured parts and accessories used in the repair and service of Backflow Prevention Device / Assemblies for lawn sprinkler systems. Available items include Backflow internal components, SOV's, PVC fittings, pipe and more. Having a good supply of ready to use parts insures performing most repairs or services in a shorter time frame, creating a substantial cost savings to our customers.
It is possible that we may need to leave the jobsite to get an additional item, if we do, we stop the clock. You will not be charged for our travel time to and from your location when getting the required parts. (This does not apply to customers of commercial properties.)
Repair / Service Call Charges
Normal Business Hours: Mon. thru Fri., 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. (Excluding Holidays)
The normal business hour rate is $75.00 per hour (1 hour minimum charge) plus materials and tax. After the first hour, services are billed at $37.50 for each 30 minute increment or part there of.
**** After normal business hours the rate is $85.00 per hour ( 1 hour minimum charge) plus material and tax, after the first hour, services are billed at $42.50 for each 30 minute increment or part there of. ****
**** Emergency Service and Weekend /Holiday hourly rate is $95.00 per hour plus materials and tax (1.5 hour minimum charge). ****
Rates may increase outside the local area of Killeen, Copperas Cove ,Harker Heights and Nolanville due to travel time / distance.
Backflow Testing Charges
Backflow testing includes properly testing the Backflow Prevention / Device / Assembly in accordance with State and local requirements, prepration of all documentation and proper forms to include delivery of the original document to the appropriate local water supplier or city entity. Prices start at $55.00.
Payment Options 
Payments can be made by Credit, Debit, or Cash.
Full payment is required upon completion of all work.
Emergency Service: For major repairs after hours or weekends, if possible the water to the sprinkler systems will be shut off ( not water to the house) with the approval of the customer and schedule repairs for the next business day in an effort to reduce cost to the home owner.
